Superblox Cookie Policy

Sendblox lets you use its AI outreach platform for your own business under a subscription that starts on the Start Date and renews automatically unless you cancel in writing before the next term. You own your inputs and outputs, but Sendblox owns the platform and may use anonymised/aggregated usage data to improve it; AI content must be checked by a human and you stay responsible for compliance, data protection and honouring unsubscribes. Fees, taxes and any email overages must be paid on time or access can be suspended. Liability is capped at roughly the fees paid in the previous twelve months (except where the law does not allow this). Either party can terminate for material breach and the usual confidentiality, data and IP clauses continue after termination.
